Dahlias ABQ Garden Center
Description A Dahlia Festival was held in the Albuquerque Garden Center on September 25, 2016. Dahlias are members of the Asteraceae (orCompositae), dicotyledonous family of plants.
The dahlia was declared the national flower of Mexico in 1963.
The Royal Horticultural Society lists 14 groups of dahlias based mainly on flower type, shape, size and petal type.
