Memorial for Victoria
Victoria Martens was killed early Wednesday, the morning after her 10th birthday, in her home on the west side of Albuquerque. Neighbors, friends and community members decorated a tree outside the apartment with balloons, flowers, teddy bears and toys, Thursday, August 25, 2016.
